Status: offline 		Hi all, I haven't been able to meet any dominant woman in my area and I was thinking of paying to join ALT.com, is this a good or bad idea? Have people had sucess with it?

If you go on google and type in BDSM New york or go on fetlif.com make an account and search for events near you then you will be able to find out all the information you need.

his profile just says he lives in NY. That doesn't necessarily mean NYC. i live in NY as well. nearest city is an hour away. Nearest group is also an hour away.

OP- Fetlife is a good site for finding local people and munches/groups. i've never used alt.com. and i like this site.

i used fetlife to find somewhat local groups. i live in a part of NY that is... well it is wilderness. on FL i found a (somewhat ) local group to join. that would be my suggestion.

LOL. Don't you love that? Because the state doesn't exist outside of the city, lol. He is listed as 45 miles from me. That could indicate NYC or like Poughkepsie (sp?).

Status: offline 		There are lots of groups in NJ as well depending how far you are away from them in NY. I don't know where Westchester is but I'm sure if you do a search of Jersey groups you might be able to find something there.

As for alt, the only thing I ever found it helpful for was if you were looking for porn or casual fucking. If that's what you're seeking, then yeah, alt is perfect.
