Let New Yorks issues remain New Yorks, you guys in Indiana have troubles enough with your dipshit governor and legislature.  Clean your own house.

Really? The ruling was handed down on the 22nd of February, but you've known about it for 'awhile now'? Weeks? months?

Interesting then that you completely miss the entire point of the ruling. There won't be any Supreme Court 'comes down on this'. They've already ruled on the difference between 'infringed' and 'limited'.

I've known about this ruling for awhile now. It's nothing new. Checkout thehighroad[dot]org if you want to follow these rulings and actually have some intelligent discussion. It'll be interesting to see how the SCOTUS comes down on this. Is the right to bear arms, that shall not be infringed, limited to one's home when at the time of its drafting, the founding fathers did not believe so and expressed such in the Anti-Federalist and Federalist papers.

Who as ever claimed that the second amendment was unlimited in the first place? Isn't already illegal for persons under eighteen and convicted felons to own a pistol? Aren't there background checks and permits required to buy a firearm from a licensed dealer?

Perhaps we should require a permit and license for everything one should feel the need to buy...Especially those evil 2 liters of soda NYers would like delivered with their pizza.

As I said all this does is confirm the status quo

We leave the bathrooms to the republican national committee to do their work.

Indiana has a deficit of some 300 million.  Still borrow and spend.

Minnesota is looking at paying back the money they borrowed from education to balance the teabagger budgets (some 1.2 BILLION) this year. And those are bi-partisan bills here.

As usual you're wrong, Indiana is holding a surplus, and it's your state teabagging in men's rooms.
Indiana State Budget

Minnesota's Deficit.

Minnesota is paying back it's debt like every criminal was turning his life around when he got shot ripping of some old Grandmother.[8|]

Yeah the governors forecast is not necessarily the codex.

And his forecasts were way the fuck out of whack the last two budgets.  He went in the toilet.
