Also, don't fall into the trap of thinking that the more unusual your fetish is, the better it is. It's absolutely fine to have the same kink as other people. There's no badge for being more kinky or more freaky than the others. I know that even my wildest fantasies are shared by heaps of other people and don't even make a blip in terms of weirdness. And you know what? That's a good thing. The more people who share your fantasies, the more chance of you finding people who share it, the more erotica and porn that will cover that theme, the more places that will stock the supplies, and the less chance of a potential partner being weirded out by it.
Everyone has their own variations on a fantasy. The more time you spend fantasising about it, the more complicated your mental script will be. I think most of us have fantasies where we imagine 'he says that, she goes there, he reacts like this'. The key is recognising that in real life the other person isn't a mind reader and will have her own ideas of what is hot. If and when you get to try this, it will not follow your mental script. That doesn't mean it won't be good - what it means is that you will have to follow the dominant's lead and relax and deal with it not being done exactly as you imagined. If you approach someone saying 'I want to please you by doing exactly a, b and c' you'll put people off, because she might be more pleased by you doing a, b and g. I hope that makes sense. So... you could hire a prostitute to act out your script (I say prostitute because pro-dommes generally won't have sexual contact with you, and I'm guessing that's very important), you could hold out for that rare creature who is into it as much as you.... or you could cultivate a solid relationship based on service and make a domme care about you so much she wants to fulfill your fantasies.
