Dude-I abuse her on a regular basis. And I go so far beyond what she would have considered limits that it's safe to say the limits she has are the ones I allow (See my profile pic for details).
None of which has prevented us, and me, from growing.
But I'm not a total asshat-of course I compliment her (:-)). I always tell her how much I adore her as I run the needles through her lips.

Oddly enough the same thing could be said of me without the SM thrown in. Carol and I do not have "compatible limits" or whatever other claptrap someone wants to use to make TPE all fluffy. We have my limits.

Then again I hit 6 out of 8 points on Athena's abuse checklist too so maybe it's all a delusion of happiness after all? I'm 75% abusive *laughs*
