Not so. Dommes are generally so tied up with make subs that they don't have the time to go out looking for more.

Welcome. You are a seller in a buyers market. There are lots of sellers and few buyers. In other words, the Dommes are not going to line up to own you as you are just one of many. You will have to put forth effort to attract their attention.

Not to mention it's a pretty poor way to select a potential partner. What if the first person to turn up happens to be a violent criminal/sewage worker who doesn't bathe/black market human organ seller?

Welcome to the site! I hope that you find what you are looking for, it might be a good idea to go to the 'Ask a Mistress' section and read the faq, and perhaps browse for some of the many threads on writing an appealing profile, since as the others have said, dommes are fairly scarce and in high demand.

You might also want to explain in your profile what you consider to be 'cruel'. Chopping off toes for minor offenses? Making you watch the Sound of Music every other day? Refusing to beat and fuck you until you finish all the yard work? Wouldn't want to attract the wrong type of cruel.
