Gee it seems the MI gov has installed a Lord over the people in it's largest city. Though the people voted against this type of leadership in Nov elections, it got pushed through in the lame duck session. So now you have a single person in charge who can remove elected officials from office (check the law) end every contract the city and state signed he can cancel, answers to no one... and cannot not be removed. Gee was that not what they rallied against President Obama about???? Yea fuck the people who vote, fuck the policy changes people ran on, fuck that the new assembly has a plan to control and end the debt.... The GOP says give all power to one person, fuck the people and the people they elected It seems the very thing they blamed Obama may do they have gone ahead and done....but according to Fox News it is the best thing to do.

While I don't agree with what he did....... Are you really going to make an argument that Detriot has a snow-balls chance in hell of fixing its own problems, considering its track record? Maybe I do agree with it. The person is the Detroit Czar, just like the automotive Czar Obama appointed. Maybe it will work [;)][:D] lol

@JC check google The people voted NO, in Nov when this option was on the table. So the Governor pushed another version though in the lame duck session, So the vote of the people are meaningless to this GOP governor, they rejected the idea and elected people who ran on reducing the debt, but after over 200 years we have a king in charge of a US City, he alone has power, the people have no say, and when they did they changed the laws to silence them Gee you would think the teabaggers would be opposed to this The GOP and the teabaggers have spent millions accusing Obama of doing the very thing they are putting in place,

No, but just wanted to give then a chance to search for something beyond fox Though I do wonder where all the less powerful government people are, and those who accused President Obama of taking peoples rights away are... The people voted NO in Nov. and in the lame duck session the GOP controlled government push this through the hell with what the voters support

Many Americans would argue over the past 16 years they were voting against, not for something. Considering the limited options at the ballot box and fascist similarities between both parties, the only hope one has to flip flop your votes around and hope that they spend more time fighting each other than ramming their garbage down our throats.

So the ballot on the election ticket to say yes or no to you is worthless????So those with power rule, which is what the GOP says they are against but in practice as here in MI they endorse and even screw the people who voted no... Gee I wonder how long till we are under the rule of a GOP king then It is not BS, it is fact....something to many throw aside for a simple party line

My issue is how you single the GOP. You obviously feel the democratic party is your lord and savior.... given that partisan attitude it will only be a matter of time before you are kneeling befor the Dem king. Obama has been doing the same shit on the federal level with the czars...So, if this guy is wrong it is up to the people of MI to recall him, sue, whatever. The biggest threat to our freedom isn't a party, it is incumbency.

I call out the GOP because this is what they said President Obama would do, however it seems they are the only party supporting this state of FASCISM, since they are allowing it into power. Let's look at facts....when given a choice, the people of Michigan voted NO against this type of law, but the GOP controlled state went against the people and passed a new bill (in a lame duck session) supporting what the PEOPLE voted against and now can't voice their views for two years in the next election...

Obviously you don't understand the point of the Czar system.... Presidents can appoint an individual with nearly limitless authority in that arena without senate confirmation or oversight........ For decades those czars have tossed aside the will of the people and done as they pleased. Obama has been the worst offender to date. Other than the czars ask Coloradans, Californians, etc how the administration has been fucking with us and our medical marijuana laws. Now that we legalized it the heat is really on......to hell with the will of the people, it is the will of the government. I don't know how you can make the argument that one poison is better for you than another...truly laughable.
