Mmm, being a teen is a rough time, I remember
it well and it messed me around a lot.

I see the cause of a lot of teen suicide being
strongly related to being a teen...

I can't see many mature minded adults killing
themselves because of someone tweeting
crap, although I do see the issue, take the
uniquely heartless and unforgiving internet
and expose a teen to that sort of environment
and you have the recipe for emotional drama.

I do think that we aren't talking about teens and Facebook, but the claim of "bullying" here and on FetLife, where there is quite a bit more anonymity.

I get that part, but I was addressing the comment that there can be no such thing as cyber bullying. I know a family whose college age kid killed herself over it.

And, you never know the mental state of grown adults, and some adults might respond badly to perceived cyber bullying.

Who said that...

Back to the topic: Bullying, cyber or real life, ought to have legal limits imposed, with legal repercussions when it causes harm (like precipitating a mental breakdown, or is directly linked to a suicide).

I'm with ya. I drank to the point of passing out twice -- both times in the company of friends I trusted, so they could stop me from being slutty. I start handing out blowjobs when I get some rum in me.
You sound like a fun person to go out, hang, and have a couple of drinks with. [8D] You and LW. M

LOL! I've cut back some, for obvious reasons. [8D]

Proving something like that was caused by some type of bullying would be difficult.

I agree, LL. Before we give legeal reprecussions to people, we should be able to prove things. I'm not 100% sure we can even prove what bullying is. There are zero tolerence bullying standdards in use at most schools now, and my 13 y.o. niece tells me the newest bullying tactic is to report you for bullying, rather you did anything or not. Even if people only repot what seems real to them, many people can not tell the difference between bullying and just 'not being your friend'.

Lol!!! Trying to take advantage of me, eh?

Well, to be truthful, if given an opportunity, it only seems the right thing to do.
