This site actually removes profiles after a certain number of complaints are received (the number of complaints is closely held). The complaints are about specifics like illegal activity, etc.

Who said that? Not conducting a fake-profile eradication program which is bound to fail, is not the same thing as endorsing fake profiles.

Another way to look at it is, "something that might constitute as fake to one person might not constitute as fake to another". There is really no such thing as a Fake Mistress etc...there are just those that don't meet your criteria for what you seek.

No, what we're saying is that there isn't a practical accurate system to check integrity, that will guarantee that people won't get screwed by false bad reviews (like for a femsub refusing to blow male Doms on the first date).

Collarme seems to have decided that seeing that there is always a possibility that people will get screwed (either by getting false reviews, or being scammed out of money) that they prefer to protect users from false reviews, but they don't protect people from their own stupidity, other than giving them warnings not to be stupid.

If you get screwed by a scammer, DESPITE all the warnings, you're a moron.

If this site allows blacklisting and people get blacklisted based on false reports, then the site potentially scares away the very users that are NOT scammers.

I don't think the site is working well. And the way it deals with fake people.
In my opinion more than 50% is not who he/she says she is or has bad intentions.
That is at least my experience.
So is this site indeed working well?

Exactly. There are few genuine women on here who do actually follow through with their promise. But due to the fact there are still so many fakes out there, us genuine ones get caught up in it and get caught fake.

I have been called a man/fake many times by people spreading stuff, yet when proof is given, they hate that they have been proven wrong. I guess you will never determine who is real or fake unless you take that risk.

It's working great for me.

I met my husband here, and my previous relationship.

And I've met half a dozen people from this site.

I don't have issues with fakes and flakes...

This would maybe reflect your frustration rather than any objective sample of the site. You can't extrapolate from your own experience to more than 50% of users, unless you have been very active on the other side. In your original post you say users don't want contact after being paid, and then you say you have have never paid anyone. How would you know if they were going to follow through on their promise if you didn't actually pay them? I'm not saying you should be paying people money, but you seem to be assuming people are fake without testing the assumption.

Same here. I meet my Master here as well as quite a few subs have come mt way ty very much from CM. But I have like everyone else hit fakes........... shrugs, but then you hit them on any sight. I consider that part of putting oneself out on the internet.

It works great for Me. Forums are up, profiles are visible, etc.

See, that's how the site "works". The truth is, you want the site to do something that it doesn't have to do and even tells you in ToS that it won't do. They tell you flat out that they are not responsible for any interactions with others that you *choose* to enter. You have to be responsible for you.

To answer your original question, no, I've never sent anybody money on the site. On the other hand, I stopped counting the number of people that I've met who have/had profiles here when I hit two hundred. That was a couple of years ago.

Integrity where was I….for most souls have so little, albeit the degree varies.

To be brief – websites are inhabited in the main by sophists. Of that there is no secret

Punished heavily are the genuine who take everyone at face value…when I read and look at a profile I like to see >90% truisms…see, bit of give and take, does us slippered lordymuffin types have.

A simple verification system should be mandatory on all websites everywhere, not just the likes of beautiful people. This should be more so for the element after cash. Indeed they should have their own section so them and their archaic bollix (well they offer little do most – of that I do know – they merely seek cash and shit all else) and pictures, and do not pop up in 20-50% of my searches in my land…which makes me firmly believe so few genuine, or curious souls, stay here for long…Do I sing thje praises of this website for <10% or do I knock it for the greater than >90%

At pro cam girly – no-one should be parting with cash unless they see the goods, or words, or voice, or red hot poker firstly…it would take me a mere 5 minutes to coin in the gold doubloons at the expense of innocent and naive souls…such is the way of the bulk of scammers that inhabit the internet.

As for admin ( I have no idea who they are here) they should do something about it…as a search of 5 million souls in Scotland revels a surprisingly low number, active in the last year…And we are a deviant lot

And why is that, integrity…but until this issue is addressed.

Hmmm thank you for the responses. What is obvious if I may say so on the basis of these few reactions is that the experiences of women are clearly more possitive than those of men. Splitting between commercial and non-commercial could maybe help. Look at a side like sexjobs.nl. It is Dutch. People who use the site in a wrong way are kicked out within a few hours. So I still think it can work though every way to handle 'fakes' will have their pro's and contra's.

You are welcome for the response. Here is something else for you to think on.

When you signed up for this site, you entered into an agreement about what you can do here and what the site offers in return. This site never offered to make distinctions between pro and non pro. Another poster mentioned verifying members and the site never offered to do that, either. It is providing you the service that it said it would when you signed up, but it's not going to provide you every service that you *want*.

It would be really neat if My electric company would put up My Christmas lights ever year, but they only agree to provide Me with power. My phone company doesn't screen My calls for Me if I get contacted by telemarketers. It's not a part of the deal that I made with them.

I agree, this site is a dangerous place for gullible idiots. In fact I think the whole internet isn't working very well because it fails to protecting idiots from fake people and scams. Just the other day a Nigerian princess who's inheritance was trapped in that country asked me for my banking information and was going to give me 7% of the 2 million dollars she needed to transfer. Can you believe she turned out to be fake?

I think they should close the internet down because it lets fakers and scammers take advantage of complete and total dumbasses who can't read simple warnings plastered all over the place like your email header, the TOS and sticky posts.

I had contact with a fake Mistress once....she turned out to be a Peep....as in, one of those little sugar saran wrapped thingies.

It was during Easter, I was feeling very spiritual.

(Very embarrassing shit).

Weeks talking to a Peep....the humiliation was quite real.

(So was the condo I bought her...but that's another story entirely).

I wouldn't know because I am not going to waste money just to "talk" to someone.I get a lot of those messages though.Alot seem to come from Ghana for some bizarre reason.I can send my money to some guy who is a scammer in Ghana,putting up a profile with a picture of a woman on there.Any "Joe Some" can start their own collarme profile and put anything they want on there.
