ok...

for reasons beyond My knowledge, I have two admirers...
however, they seem to be lurkers, and haven't made themselves "known" to Me through email or forums or anything.

honestly, I don't care... if they like looking at My boring profile, more power to them, I've just never made a poll before and figured I'd give it a shot.... heh

Lol I don't know I've pondered this question time and time again I have a TON of admirerers I've never spoken to or emailed or etc.. If I see someone I really like their profile or think we will click I send them an email other than that I just let it go.

I didn't answer the polls. Yes contact them.  They are too shy to contact you, they probably like your sense of humor. I have Dommes, Men and Lesbians on my admirers..............They think I am a funny asshole.  It ain't like they wanna dance with me, any of them.  I even have admirers who have me blocked.

I have recieved very nice responses from one or two, glad that I contacted them.

But it ain't stalking.................Be the celery, Grasshopper!!!!

I have 10 admirers, and none have them have contacted me.  I guess they don't admire me enough..lol

Well I'm gonna have to say contact them. since thats how i met my Dom. I had him on my admirers list, I didnt know people knew that. I was new to the site lol then he emailed me asking me if I planned on introducing myself lol

I get a lot of male subs that "admire" me which to me is kinda odd because while I have an interest in switching I am listed specifically as a submissive.

I have a bunch of people I saved but haven't contacted yet. There are a few reasons. The first is that when I joined I noticed it could take up to 72 hours for your profile and pic to be up and approved so instead of writing to people and having them look at my profile and wonder WTF? I decided to save them and write to them later. Another reason is that I just haven't gotten a chance to write something that means enough to send. First contact is always hard for me, and it's so much easier to let people get to know you through posts like these when a direct e-mail may just be unwanted attention. It’s always good to get your bearings first. Besides, sometimes you or the person you’re admiring isn’t ready for the kind of relationship you want to have-and maybe they’ll never be. It doesn’t lessen your admiration. I did recieve an e-mail from someone I had saved on my list wondering if I had saved them because I knew them. It was nice. E-mailing them can't hurt-as long as it's not to flip out on them for admiring you.

I found out through one of my admirers under TrueSub nick name I had.. that he added me because he liked to keep tabs on my post in forums and adding me made it easier. Made me feel alittle odd.. but I let it go... because he would email me some of his opinions on the threads I was involved in. Others e-mailed me making comments on my profile and or journal. Letting me know their thoughts on it... good or bad. When I notice a new name on it.. and it could take days because I don't watch it all the time...lol.... I read their profile...and give it a few days to see if they're gonna strike first or not...LOL

I think out of the list of admirers I've heard from maybe 4 of them. Though I did discouver as more add to the top of the list the ones near the bottom disappear because the page space put aside for the list runs out. [:D]

I've e-mailed a couple of them and said hi but usually don't get a responce. *shruggs*

ehh, give it time, michael... My first profile was on here about 6 months or so then got deleted for lack of use or something... I dunno... but I've had this one up since Feb with no admirers..til this week, now I had two pop up.

I think I'll hang back a couple more days though, just to see if they email Me... don't want to scare them, since I'm known to come across somewhat blunt at times... i.e. " Hi...why are you admiring Me?"

I wrote to one of My admirers because she lives in My hometown a couple months ago... She never responded though I know she's been on and read it because I kept track for a couple weeks... I then sent her a note asking that she take Me out of her favorites list as it was obvious she had no real interest, I think she never even read that mail as it went unread till I deleted it from My sent mail...
I've decided screw them unless they contact Me...

i got to the point that i don't really care if people like me or not, i'm gonna be me regardless. nobody owns me so i can pretty much do as i like (until such time as someone comes along and tames this wildcat)

LOL since the time I started here I have gained a nice long list of admirors and I think maybe 2 out of the lot ever botherd to Mesage me and I really dont know why... its an interesting fanomina... heck Im glad a few of the didnt message me because they were kreeepy old men from across the country that if they ever read my profile would know we werent compatable... lol in fact they probubly knew that and saved my profile so they could jack of to my photos... thats it all my photos are taken down!!! And are beeing replaced with this cute lil avatar

Sure, why not?  I don't e-mail everyone I put on my Favorites list because there are different reasons why I put them there.  So if you want to know why someone put you on their list, why not e-mail them and find out?

If I were brave and not a blush-some girl I'd admire a couple here, I love Level's posts and Loki's and mnottertail, for purely the smart ass, quick wit they have, I hate to miss posts by them, they send me into fits of giggling.  I don't have crushes on them, I just love reading what they have to say.

Several of Mine are going to have to admire Me from afar because they are people I just would not be interested in.  Some live outside the United States, some are young enough to be My son, and some have pulled stunts on Domme friends of Mine and are not aware that I know what they did.
