About the breasts: Attach nipple clamps, those attached to little weights, to her breasts for a 2-5minutes at a time, and let them weigh it down. Avoid using bras. You play on top of her flattening them.

Thanks for the thoughts. I think to be honest the gaining weight was mainly unintentional, and now she's just losing it at a healthy rate - 3lb this week, but some weeks it's only 1lb. I don't think she'll intentionally gain weight again, though I dare say she will when we have more children temporarily.

I think it's the irreversibility of it that attracts her to be honest. I also feel I expressed myself badly in my last post. When I said we don't have control I meant that women are perceived not to have any control over the shape/sagginess of their breasts. She fantasises about being pitied for something that people will assume that she didn't want or cause, but secretly knowing it's something she has helped bring on herself. The psychology of it is strange, but I find it really interesting - especially the fact that she can share it with me :)

I saw something about that on some show I was watching recently, although I don't remember which show. I don't think that will work for someone who is already developed though.

Well everyone has been really friendly and I've had some lovely PMs and useful comments. I made no secret of the fact that I joined to ask about this. It felt polite to answer each comment that was posted. As I said the surgical comment that you highlighted was strictly fantasy and will never happen.

Nah, I've encountered it, but it is one those fetishes for which there is no Latin term already, I don't believe.

Hair is no problem of course, so start there - as for the tits, I really don't know, you're just gonna have to use your imagination and work them puppies.

You are talking about two fetishes: the shaving and the sagging boobs. One of those is reversible, one is not.

OK, so I have a stake in this. I really took to heart the anti-pollution theme of "Keep America Beautiful." So in my head I expanded it to the entire planet. You are talking about making a woman less beautiful. So I am being a good conservationist when I say: find another way to humiliate her.

It isn't my place to determine what fetishes you can or cannot have. But I am very much against these ones.

I don't know what I said that made you think I was annoyed. I simply said, I was beginning to have reservations about how much you two have thought about this, and the potential for harm in taking things too far.

Having said that, I thought I was among the respondents with ideas on helping sag her boobs. Heck, with weight, lying on them regularly, time, you will absolutely get your wishes.

Have her bind her chest when she's in private and not with you. Ace bandage, tight enough to make her look pretty "flat" without constricting breathing or making her back hurt. Transmen who've worn binders for long enough often get exactly that look.

Binding over time might do it, from my contact with F to M transmen they claim with binding that the breasts eventually sag and get floppy. I can't attest to that, I haven't experienced that (I have to bind my chest with tight sports bras since though I abandoned transition, I had developed big time, and that doesn't go away)...I agree with another poster, before actually trying any of this, you and she may want to talk it through and make sure it is what she really wants, while it can probably be overcome surgically later on, if this is about a fetish that can be served otherwise, might be worth keeping it a fantasy..but that is up to you and her, obviously;)
