Yea, I actually learnt how to use birth control pills to stop myself from bleeding from Australia. I think western countries have less strict control on such things. For example, many medicines that are easily available without prescription in the US, UK or Australia are all strictly regulated and by prescription only in my country. We are very conservative and careful with medical stuffs.
But I believe they have genuine cause to believe there are risks high enough to be concern. But as with everything, not everybody will be affected.

Me and my Master generally had a lighter set of rules during my monthlies. I still served him mind body and soul, but god have mercy on him if he doesn't bring me home ice cream.

Seriously though, it's important to realize your both humans. Sometimes you need to put a hold on your kinkiness or bend some rules. While it would be lovely to live in the fantasy dungeons of our dreams real life gets in the way.

Reminds me of the time I warned a D that I would need a tampon break during the Scene and he said, "Bleed on the floor; it will add to the atmosphere." (His whole garage was a dungeon which he rented.)
