Two things I NEVER see though, in these otherwise excellently erotic caning & spanking videos are kissing and fucking.

Is it simply that nobody combines the two?

There's often kissing and almost always sex with us. Sometimes giggling and joking too, in between the tears.

I guess it depends on the dynamic between the people, the purpose of the beating (ie punishment, foreplay, etc) and their mood on the day. I am not a masochist, so he'll often stroke my hair or give me words of encouragement or kisses. On the other hand, sometimes he'll just laugh. We almost never do the typical 'cold, distant, cruel' thing you see in a lot of videos.

Has to be a law to break to be "illegal." So, we start with: ""What level of government?" In all my years, I've never, ever, ever heard of any such thing. My guess is that the "law" is more economic. Men might buy combo of two things, but very small market for all three. Better to have three vids made - one of each "pair" of fetishes - than to have 3-in-1. I have a friend that was a porn star. She said it was illegal and had something to do with someone who is bound and/or tortured being unable to consent to sex and it made it rape.

I think that has changed since that point.

That was my understanding also. Not that it was necessarily illegal but it caused the producers to be investigated. An expensive process to defend against when models use stage names and are no longer in the business a couple of years later.

Status: offline 		Some countries have laws against depicting sexual violence, but no laws against porn OR depicting violence. So the two get split apart then.

Many of the caning videos come from eastern european countries with those laws in place.

Yes that's a big part of it. I also think how ridiculous I must look sometimes or the absurdity of some of the things we do. And to be honest, I think human sexuality is pretty hilarious.

I get that way sometimes as well.
But sometimes the giggle fits stem from how the scene begins as well. Like the other day we weren't planning anything really, but were laying in bed having a conversation.
