Status: offline 		I'm finding a problem with this site. 

I have a partner, we suit each other well and meet each other's needs delightfully.  I'm very happy and definitely not looking for anyone else.

But I see the profiles that come up when I log in, or I'll read comments from someone and look them up out of interest....

And they're all so nice, and ...er... stimulating.  There's a few profiles I've read that really REALLY appeal to me. 

But I'm not looking for anyone else.  Truly.

But ....

Dammit, it's like being a kid in a lolly shop. I want one of those, and two of those, and that... and that.... and a BIG one of THOSE!

Does anyone else find that there's just too many lovely possibles out there?

Newp - that's why I stay SINGLE at this point in my life.  If I allowed myself to get involved in a serious relationship, I might actually have to Limit myself to JUST ONE - and that would spoil a lot of my current fun.
 
hrmph... choose?  not a chance... unless the choice is " him on monday,and the two of them on tuesday, and .. ooooh.... I'll take him on wenesday AND thursday... and umm.. yeah... him on friday... "

Status: offline 		I have the same problem sometimes, but then I think and realize that my slave is the perfect woman for me. I like the way she looks and I like how she does her duties towards me. She might have some negative things about her but she more than makesup for it with all the positive things.

Status: offline 		Its only the same as walking down any street and seeing something or somwone we would like but know we can not have.
Just enjoy it all and know you are not alone.

Probably an idea would be becca333 to log in and always keep one eye shut then when the BDSM Dom of lightning strikes you blind you will only be so in one eye and can keep going back to the store of Temptation.

i've felt similar...some of the profiles/posts/people here have really intrigued/interested me, physically and mentally. :) i think a little bit of "window shopping" is a natural part of life...especially in such a big candy store ;)

Yes, there are so many interesting sounding Dom's, even in my age group. I love reading profiles and wondering what that person is really like.

Since I play with others from time to time, and subjected my girl to others from time to time, the "greener grass" effect never had a chance to become an issue.  Jealousy never becomes an issue, neither does trust.  Knowing that feeling of never having to wonder what is going on, it would be a terrible thing to lose.

Status: offline 		I've no problem at all. This is an internet site and the perception of the person I get from their profiles (rarely look) and posts have probably got little relationship to what a person is really like.

I think it's normal for everyone to continue to be attracted.  Passing people on the street and going "ohh nice!" or watching a movie, or seeing a profile and going "Ohh nifty!" is all pretty standard for people alive and kicking.

Taking it to the next STEP however, would show something else going on.  I'm as slutty and open poly as they come- but I still rarely go from "Oh yum" to "Hey hows it going?"  Doing that takes a conscious effort and opens yourself up to a whole host of possibilities.

The fact that YOU are worried about it however says that you need to communicate.  Have you told your partner your habit?  My guess is that you could both laugh at yourself over it if you just let it go and enjyoed the voyeuristic appeal to it.

Being tempted can be mucho fun...as long as it stays in the fun no consequences level.

Lol!! You just described  me *s*    I know exactly how you feel, trust me.  I'm an extrovert and I love meeting new people and trying, well pretty much anything as long as it is legal. I just want to feel and experience as much as I can, lol Rob  compares me to one of those dogs (he wasn't refering to my looks *s*) that always have their head stuffed out the window of a car speeding down a highway, just trying to absorb everything.  So far I have been lucky enough to have a very,very understanding husband and a Top  that understands and helps challenge me.
Mine are more tactile issues tho than online ones

This is one reason that we've chosen to be ambisexterous and poly -- it keeps us open to possibilities, so that if there is someone who comes along who is just an irresistably good fit for our home, we're able to welcome him or her with open arms.
