Yes, but this takes us back to the original problem. You need permission to bury a body on either private or public land. And until earlier today, the uncle did not have permission to put the body underground anywhere. Burial, in and of itself, does not actually imply embalming and a box. Burial just literally means burial underground. But you need permission.....

Isn't that what burial is, essentially? A sanitary way to allow the body to decompose rather than having it decompose in your living room
