1) Chics are kind, empathic and servile.

2) They make no demands, politely asking permission for everything.

3) They smell nice, much nicer than the dog.

4) They're fluffy and nice to cuddle with at night.

5) They're emotionally, sexually and physically pleasing!

We aren't that difficult to decipher. You just have to use the right kind of logic.

Women don't have any followable logic!
Maybe between themselves like a secret code.
No man can follow it with any reasonable accuracy.

Yes, men can. I've seen it done.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. Some men might learn the right things to say and do at the appropriate time (aka "pick-up artists"), but that doesn't mean they really understand it. They just know what works.

Excellent call for "Best pick up lines" I'd say....

The example I gave included the reason WHY men get asked the question (the majority of the time). Exactly what was so difficult to understand about that?

You wrote that "Keep in mind, its very rare when a woman asks that question, she wants the truth." From a male point of view, it's not logical to ask a question unless you want a truthful answer. A man may be able to learn the correct thing to say in these instances, but he may still wonder in the back of his mind "Why can't she just speak in plain, direct terms?"

"Reasoned Analysis" is overrated.

To respond, I offer a quote from the movie Sitting Pretty, an old favorite of mine:

Lynn Belvedere: I am, in my way, a philosopher.

Harry King: Oh, I see, you just sit and think.

Lynn Belvedere: Mr. King, if more people just sat and thought, the world might not be in the stinking mess that it is.

Three rules in life according to the uber intelligent George Carlin.

1. Women are crazy.
2. Men are stupid.

3. Women are crazy because men are stupid.

I feel the need to get back to you on this....there seems to be some sort of onomatopoeia thing going on here....sumpin ain't adding up!

The bottom line is this. you can't seem to find your keys on a good day. I have never in all the years lost my keys. Not once. Perhaps 3. should be " Maybe if men weren't so stupid Women wouldn't be so crazy.

I agree. But it is because men and women think differently, one no better or worse than the other.

Think about it this way....a woman doesn't want to HAVE to tell you that you find her attractive, alluring, etc. She wants YOU (as in general men "you") to say it themselves.

We are all familiar with "fishing for compliments." So tell me, what is so difficult about giving her one when she obviously feels she needs it?

Many men do the same thing. Having sex and then asking "was it good for you?" Really, if she is laying there, moaning, panting, squirming and screaming (in a good way), do you REALLY not know? In these instances, for the men that do it, they want the woman to answer, "baby, it was so good, you are such a great lover, you have such a big cock, blah blah blah." Because even if she was faking it, she was faking it because she wants to make the guy feel good.

By the way, even if she didn't orgasm, it doesn't mean she didn't have a good time.

See? Not that difficult.

I didn't say it was difficult. For some men, it might actually be quite easy, at least in terms of understanding the signals, body language, etc. Men study women rather intently, and some men fancy themselves as quite the experts on women.

.. this reminds me of one line in Dirty Harry.. ya know.. the one where Harry says "Yeah. You are a legend in your own mind".. I just found that funny.. ya know, cuz most people that fancy themselves as experts usually arent.. and then for them to be expert on women.. well.. (snort)

Matches? Who needs matches when you have a kitchen full of knives.

I remember, as a child we had a cutlery draw, one day Dad put a fork where the knives should be, Mum made sure he couldn't walk for a week .

Not just keys. Ever see a man stand and stare into a refrigerator for a long time? Then turn and ask where the mayo is? Yeah, on the bottom shelf on the door where mayo has lived for the last 20 years. Yet if it isn't at eye level, it obviously doesn't exist.

And no, if you keep the door open longer, a chocolate cake will not magically appear.

So do I hlen5, so do I. George's insights and wisdom are still true some 30+ years later.

Pure genius.

First, I am issuing a public marriage proposal to Lookie because he can make me laugh on the worst of days....and the monkey is cute.

Second, the refrigerator comment made me think of what my diabetic husband used to do... He'd come home from work (about an hour after I had come home from work), stand in the middle of the den, and say, "I haven;t eaten all day. My sugar might be low."

Okaaaaaayyyy

At some point in our marriage, I said to that, "Thanks for the update," and then left the room.

That did not go over well

Ever see a man stand right in front of a sock drawer staring at a pair of black socks and still ask wtf his black socks are? I swear if they were snakes they would have bitten them. Its like not having a uterus makes them blind and lack common sense. I mean, just because the Mayo has been kept on the bottom door shelf for 20 years doesn't mean you aren't trying to trick him and moved it to the back of the first shelf for the first time evah! smdh

PS I think it should produce chocolate cake when male stands in front of it for more than 20 min. At least then we would get something useful out of their standing there like a goober!

I have a bottle of cherryade & a chicken & mushroom pie in my fridge.

Is it really true that if I keep the fridge door open I'll get some chocolate cake?

I completely understand women except for one thing.

Why do they insist on asking if some outfit or garment makes them look fat? There is no possible answer a man can give to this question that does not result in trouble. Once I figure that one out I'm writing a book and retiring to live off the royalties.;)

Do women really ask that question? I thought it was an urban myth.

Yes they do.

No. They don't.

I don't believe I've ever once asked that question. That's baiting for a compliment. I don't expect him to compliment on demand.

I think Ladies have more sense than to ask men for fashion advice. Certainly no one's ever asked me that question - wise move.

There is no answer to that. There never will be. The only solution is to flee or curl up in the fetal position until they change the subject.

This actually made me laugh out loud. Ok gonna go finish reading the thread now....

Ok done. Analysis: yea were fucking nuts. I don't feel I'm doing things right if hubby hasn't tried to kill me or himself at least twice per day. Hahahahaha!
