If im under a contract i want out of but has no safe word or terms for me to be able to terminate how do i get out or am i stuck?

Is this a joke? If you have some sort of "slave" contract, it's legally unenforceable under the 13th Amendment. If you're unhappy, walk away.

You are not stuck. And you walk away. It really is that simple. A contract is not legally binding. Suggestion: make certain that before you enter into another contract, that the terms are something you want and agree to. It makes life much more enjoyable when you are in a relationship in which your basic needs, wants and desires are being met.

Slavery is illegal in this country and slave contracts are not legally enforceable. You just WALK AWAY. As for the blackmail part, I don't know what sort of information she has on you to blackmail you WITH, but blackmail is also illegal. Report her to the authorities. NBMG
