I feel to add that many men ask Me for blackmailing and contracts. It is funny that when suddenly they don't like it anymore, it is a crime. More, contracts have been created for handling business agreements when things go sour. That is their function, basically. Why would a sub not be following agreements he/she made, especially since many ask for a contract? The fact that it is not enforceable, seems to Me beside the question. I see an agreement as an agreement. Legal or not. Just consider ..."Mistress, can you hit me with nettles? I really want that". 5 minutes later ... "Mistress it hurts, I cannot handle it, so I will leave you and report you for abuse."
