Are you actually having any symptoms that might possibly indicate a heart attack? http://www.webmd.com/heart-disease/features/his-guide-to-a-heart-attack If so, then you absolutely must seek medical attention. You can not fix that at home. Even if the symptoms ease off, it does not mean you did not have a heart attack. The only way to be sure is to get it checked out. Having said that: worrying about having a heart attack is not likely going to help your blood pressure. IF your main issue is your blood pressure, then be aware, that if that is sky high you run a risk of having not just a heart attack, but a stroke. So, the wise thing to do would be to call the Dr who is treating your hypertension and tell him/her what your numbers are and ask for their guidance. And if you have heart attack symptoms, call 911. Meanwhile, hunky, you need to disengage yourself, before you get to the "spitting nails" level. Find something relaxing to do away from the computer and media. Like petting your cat.
