I know that this is considered by some/many to be unsafe so please don't troll.

I am looking for a way, under clothing, to stimulate nipples in a gentle pleasurable way and wondering if E-Stim could provide such sensations similar to those experienced when gently rubbed and/or rolled between a finger and thumb.

Does anyone have any experience with this or other type of autonomous nipple stimulation?

Do you know WHY it is unsafe? If you had,a grasp of that you could then find a,way.

Buy JUICE its a good book on electro play.

E-stim most likely will not give you that sensation. At low levels it tends to give a tingly feeling as the signal passes through the subcutaneous layer of the skin, or along the nerve pathway if you have set up a circuit. Stronger settings will actually set off the Pectoralis major muscle to contract and release, or trigger the nerve pain sensation. What you want is a stimulation bra, normal or vibrating:

That looks nice, I enjoyed e-stim on the nipples, but then I looked up the risks. The main reason it is considered unsafe is because being so close to your heart, they can cause a circuit if electricity to go through your heart, this is the same reason you shouldn't hold one in each hand and turn it on, the electricity can travel through your heart and that is no bueno.

I really enjoyed the e-stim on my nipples much better than any vibrations, because it is a depth of feeling, not just something touching you, but a sensation traveling through your flesh. There are e-stim clamps designed for the nipples to reduce the possibility of a large ciircuit passing through your heart.

To each his own, but please be mindful of the risks involved, and research the safest options.

E-stim to the nipples is quite safe so long as you keep the current away from interrupting the function of important bits like the heart and lungs. This is done by having a complete circuit on each breast. You could achieve that in a number of ways. A pad on each side of the nipple, there are bi-polar clamps, or these breast cups.

AND by using isolated channels so that electricity doesn't flow between breasts.

So I searched Amazon.com for "Juice" . . . Juice Master certainly wasn't what I hoped. There are hundreds of books about Juice Diet, Juice Love Juice etc. After several pages of it I gave up. Got a link or an author's name? I have never read that book and based on your recommendation, I would like to.

Yes, the warning was mostly due to older E-stim devices. They put out a much stronger current, and as a result would penetrate deeper into the body, much more than needed. Hence you had to be very careful with them, not only above the waist, but a serious risk of electrocution or nerve damage. Any model produced today puts out a minimal pulse, so that you would really have to be trying to target the heart in order to effect it. Remember, E-stim's main purpose is for muscle rehabilitation, and there are quite a few muscles above the waist. So they have been used in this area for quite a long time.

Holy crap! I might have to consider selling my copy. I think I paid less then $20 when I bought this new.

OP, Juice is not the be-all, end-all tome on electro. I consider smartstim.com to be the final authority. It's a free, anonymous site and there is more correct info there than most of us will ever be able to use. Electro is my specialty, and I got my start at smartstim. They are still the resource I rely on if something new comes up.

To answer your question about nipple stim, using a isolated-circuit channel (pos and neg on one nipple, one channel) as another poster stated above is considered relatively safe. In other words, never cross the heart. As far as the sensations produced, a box like the ET312b can be programmed with sound waves to feel like whatever you want, or you can twiddle the frequency and width settings until you find what you like best.

Look up Bruce Lee and his use of Electro-therapy in muscle training. His device was so powerful, if at full power it could break bones

Important thing to remember when playing with E-stim.
If you are using bipolar nipple clamps or similar on both breasts, the stim unit must have separate totally isolated outputs.
They must not use a common ground or be in any way internally connected.

No current can be allowed to pass through the heart region! If you're not sure about your e-stim unit, measure it. If you don't know how, get someone who does.

I'm stuck on the under clothing part. Makes me think he wants her to walk around all day with it. But she's going to have an extension cord trailing out of her shirt in that case and I'm sure her boss will frown on that.

Vibrating nipple clamps but not all day. Any clamp will constrict blood flow so you need to remove it after 20 minutes or so.

Not to mention, it's still wrong to do things that prevent her being productive while working.

I have a small TENS unit that is about the size of a pack of smokes and even has a belt clip. The wires to the pads are very slim and go easily under clothing. It runs on a single 9V battery and packs a WHALLOP if you turn it up.

I totally agree.

The Erostek 312b electro box, is the best on the market, and delivers a totally different surge to the Estim range which I also have. Surges like; Orgasm, Waves, and Phase 1 are the favourites. It actually moves, squeezes, and slowly creates sensations on the flesh that the Estim range cannot.

What is the difference between TENS and E-stim? are using the same pads and toys? I have a small TENS but I never used it to nipple only with pads and dildo for pussy play
