I would like to hear from others who have tried to use tiger balm either receiving or giving to inflict pain, and where on the body have you tried it? My own experience is I've used it a few times with great success, it gives a burning sensation of pain, I have only tried to use it on ciltoris and tried it on myself once

I've used mentholytus oil and icy hot, on my clit, in play, but not tiger balm. The essential oil just felt, as kyst said, yummy. The icy hot was quite hot, uncomfortable. From what I understand it's mainly about not causing damage to the mucous membranes. But there might be other issues as well? I have a hot rub lying around that that I haven't dared to use yet because of it's potency but people seem to be using all sorts of hot sauces and peppers? Tiger balm can be used, I've used it myself but I wouldn't use it frequently since I wan't my girl to stay healthy, intact and ready for play. The burning sensation can be intense but it's manageable.

Heat rub is pretty much the same thing as Tiger balm. It's used for rubbing on sore muscles to relieve aches and pains. Maybe the correct term is Liniment?

Actually, it's not. There is an ingredient in heat rubs (Ben Gay / Icy Hot) that converts to something similar to aspirin when absorbed through the mucous membranes. So, it thins the blood and increases the chances of bleeding. It should not be used on mucous membranes if you're planning on engaging in an activity that has a possibility of causing bleeding.
