Some couple's have been looking for years to find someone, a week isn't much. I'm not sure how what you're looking for is BDSM...maybe try something for swinger's or CL?

And then some more patience... .

Smart people tend to be a bit careful about things like internet safety and vetting the people they are considering sleeping with.

If you aren't willing to take the time to get to know someone, a lot of people are not going to think you are worthy of their time or the risks involved.

As others said, though, a week is not a long time to be looking. Patience, grasshoppers!

Self-confidence is an inside job.

However, if you are in a loving, committed relationship and you don't get that you are still sexy, then something is wrong.
Either she is not communicating it well to you or you are having difficulty with receiving (and believing) her... in which case, please refer to my first sentence.
