and sometimes in the heat of the moment things like that could be forgotten, I never said the guy was perfect, with everyone's 20/20 hidsight, SURE it was a mistake, but that does not make it murder!

and you got that from where? a newpaper article? a police report? I have tried to keep up with this from the beginning, and I NEVER saw that, maybe you could give us a link to the source of that?
