I also understood Travon was walking to the store to get Candy. Very sweet. I did that a lot when I was 17. Especially on rainy and dark afternoons and evenings. I loved to put my hood up and walk to the store for candy. It is what seventeen year old young men like to do.

Yes as a matter of fact they do. Along with younger and older kids. I always find it amazing the kind of weather someone will go through to get candy or in the case of adults beer. It scares me to think some of them may never make it home.

You forgot the kinda crap people will travel thru to buy smokes.

tazzygirl -> RE: Zimmerman III - Should the jury have a manslaughter option (7/8/2013 12:06:59 PM)

Or to talk to a girl without the bratty younger siblings around. [;)]

Raiikun -> RE: Zimmerman III - Should the jury have a manslaughter option (7/8/2013 12:07:08 PM)

George's "MMA trainer" just basically called George a pansy..fat, soft, on a scale to 10, George was a 0.5.

Rule -> RE: Zimmerman III - Should the jury have a manslaughter option (7/8/2013 12:12:52 PM)

So he definitely was no police officer material.

Probably why the cops rejected him.

When he first got there... why not be honest?

No need to 'start' anything that I have always done.

Raiikun -> RE: Zimmerman III - Should the jury have a manslaughter option (7/8/2013 12:24:31 PM)

The 0.5 was the trainer's assessment of George's current ability as a grappler.

Now that's funny, I don't care who ya are.

It's starting to look like the wrong guy got killed if the fuckwit was stupid enough to start a fight he didn't have a prayer of winning without shooting somebody...

tazzygirl -> RE: Zimmerman III - Should the jury have a manslaughter option (7/8/2013 12:32:28 PM)

On a scale of 1 to 10 in regards to boxing proficiency, Pollack gives Zimmerman a 0.5 when he first started.

Pollack said that after a year of training, he would give Zimmerman a 1 or 1.5 on a scale of 10

"It's not that he made such little progress, it's a tremendous amount of work," said Pollack.

he was apparently strong enough to throw a drunk woman around.. no one wants to hire someone that can get them sued..

He had a temper and he became a liability,” the man said. “One time this woman was acting a little out of control. She was drunk. George lost his cool and totally overreacted,” he said. “It was weird, because he was such a cool guy, but he got all nuts. He picked her up and threw her. It was pure rage. She twisted her ankle. Everyone was flipping out.”

Of course, no evidence has been presented to show George started a fight.

May we assume that won't be admissible in court? it might show that he was an "experienced fighter"[&:]

Moonhead -> RE: Zimmerman III - Should the jury have a manslaughter option (7/8/2013 12:40:46 PM)

None has been provided to demonstrate that he didn't either. Certainly if there wasn't any fight, shooting the other bloke seems a little excessive, doesn't it?

Tazzy: every cunt else is selectively listening, why shouldn't I?

tazzygirl -> RE: Zimmerman III - Should the jury have a manslaughter option (7/8/2013 12:43:37 PM)

Everyone except me apparently. ;)

It's been well established a fight happened. Burden is on the State to show that George started it if they want to argue that.
