I think the OP is confusing what goes on online with 'real life', and the twain in some cases shall never meet. The studies about people meeting online include professional matchmaking services like match.com and so forth, which is a little different then places like collar me because they are basically open to anyone, and in the online world with open sites the ratio of noise to real tends to be a lot, lot higher. It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of the women the OP found on here are pros (someone asking for money up front is a pro IMO), to say that all the younger dommes want money is false just because that is what happens on here. The reality is many of the dommes posting on here are pros looking for clients, and are probably more likely to respond if someone pings them then it is for a domme looking for a real life relationship. It isn't that people can't meet online, they do, but rather that the noise to signal ratio is really high (it is like looking for a job, doing it online is the same way, the best job leads come from knowing people, networking), and I agree with others that you are far more likely to find a 'real life' relationship meeting people in person. To me, a fin domme relationship is inherently a pro one since in effect the whole relationship is giving money and things to the domme, but that is just my view of it, I don't quite get how someone could be a fin domme and have other levels to the relationship, but then again, since it is not my thing and I haven't done it, can't speak as an authority either:)
