I would go with substantive without a comma. "Attention, Whore = Hey prostitute, listen to this" while "Attention Whore = Hey everybody, look at me!"

And I need to do some ordering of terms and put it up on Off-Topic for discussion. Still gathering suggestions and titles at the moment.
