I think this could all be solved if we all got angry about every fucking murder that happens. True story My aunt was beaten to death by 2 teens, we were so "glad" that one was white and one was black, so race would not be called in to it. True story 2 A friends son was shot while riding his bike to his moms house. We were "glad" when it turned out to be a white kid for the same reasons. So, does this prove "we" are not colorblind or that we are realists?

So what I see when I look at Zimmerman is a physically pathetic man engaging in activities to try and salvage his self esteem. That's what the MMA and his vigilantism are all about. The problem with this lard rangers delusions of physical adequacy is that they make him dangerous to himself and others. The guy is unqualified to steal candy from a baby so when he picks that fight he ends up having to shoot his way out. He's exactly the sort of fat farmer that I think has no business owning a gun. For the people who are defending this jelly donut, I have a question, are you empathising with him? Is this really all about your waist size and poor self image?

If you are not African American how can you even began to relate to who EVERYONE is coming together about the race issue. So you can continue to point fingers but rather then doing that get involved or stop whining.

Everything that you posted is irrelevant. I am not defending him. I am defending the judicial process that acquitted him due to insufficient evidence. He and Martin both made mistakes. Martin is dead and Zimmerman faced a real chance of losing his freedom. There are no winners. That said, the evidence wasn't there. Are you suggesting that only the physically fit should qualify to own a gun?

The Constitution Second Amendment makes it a right for Americans to bear arms and inherent in this is the right to use arms in your defense. The stand your ground laws are there to prevent over-zealous prosecutors from getting around that protection by arguing that you must back down or run rather than defend yourself, an easy thing to do sometimes after the fact and some juries might be emotionally persuaded. The laws really came about because home invaders shot by the homeowner and then arrested were suing homeowners on the grounds that they should have run out the back and called the law rather than "stand their ground" and shoot the invader and they were winning against those homeowners who did not have enough money to hire a good lawyer to properly defend them in civil suits. The bottom line is the "stand your ground" law is supported by the Second Amendment and one can "review" the local Florida law all you want and even get it removed but it makes no difference because we have the Constitutional right to stand our ground and have done so since the Declaration of Independence. Thanks also to Obama threatening to outlaw certain weapons and make it harder to obtain them, we are even more armed and are now thanks to Trayvon no longer afraid to use our Second Amendment Right even if the attacker is a 17 year old. There are reasons things happen and we are more secure since the successfully repulsed attack on George Zimmerman was proven to be justified under the local and Constitutional law. All Americans owe a debt of gratitude to Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson and HLN's Nancy Grace for bringing nation wide attention to Mr. Zimmerman's innocence (by trying to deprive him of his liberty on nationwide TV) and the need to "stand our ground". Well done. Who is John Galt?

If you are American how can you even begin to condone how President Obama, Attorney General Holder, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, the NAACP, the Congressional Black Caucus and the mainstream-media have racially divided America deeper than it has been since before the Civil Rights Act. Fact/truth: It's the "JUSTICE FOR TRAYVON" people who need to stop whining -- they got JUSTICE when Zimmerman was arrested and tried by a jury of his peers per the justice system -- they simply refuse to accept the outcome. It's not justice they want but, rather, it's revenge.
