Not on the murder charge, but they may try to re-charge him with something else? I don't know, I'm not a lawyer, obviously. They can't. A jurisdiction gets only one try. It is possible he could face a federal charge but that seems unlikely. That I knew. I was speculating that they may try to re-charge him with something else, unless the Feds jump in. The state can't. A jurisdiction only gets one trial for one event. they can't keep bringing you back into court on different charges till they get one to stick.
