Never said it'd be easy, just more reasonable that trying to perform a head shot on a fast-moving target. And since I've carried and shot that 'crappy little pistol's' older brother for about ten years (Kel-Tec P-11), I could make that shot. I've put maybe, four to five thousand rounds through mine in that time. Not easy or safe, but doable.

To be honest, I would prefer to use a chemical spray on one myself-less chance of the irresponsible owners suing you for capping Fido later, and you wouldn't be putting innocents downrange at risk.
