Why are conspiracy theorists in FEAR and going under ground?

A seemingly unrelated but crucial question is why can we go into any "court" in the nation and get whatever records are on file yet we need foia for virtually any other records that effect the public?

Anti revisionists and those who support the holocaust claim that hitler used euphemisms to hide what he was "really" doing. Is there ANY reason that same argument would not apply here?

Yea, HR645 died in committee - http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/111/hr645

And it was resubmitted this year - http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/hr390

and is on the same track to go nowhere - 2% chance of getting past the committee, 1% chance of ever being enacted into law.

Lots of ways to interpret the use of those centers which never even came close to being voted on, let alone passed into law, let alone a single one built.

Your original post had nothing to do with ICE detention facilities - you posted a link to a piece of legislation that had been immediately crushed by the legislature - in an attempt to create legitimacy for your theory where there was none. Just pointing that out to you.

Nice website...created by Immigration and Customs Enforcement...showing the exact locations of all their facilities - public, legal, funded, facilities...no really, nothing to see there. Really.

(Nevada) If the doctors say you need a cesaerian and you refuse, their lawyers can go to court and have you strapped down and cut open. (Pennsyvania)

It is over, it was over about fifty years ago when people didn't stand up and REFUSE to go to Korea and Nam. They needed to say "We do not believe your bullshit, there has been no attack, and we ain't going, put ALL of us in jail.

But see they had "patriotism" which equates for many to blind faith in the powers that be. It could not be more misplaced and this shit was true since the ink was still wet on the Constitution. What was the Alien and Sedition act ? Unconstitutional on its face, yet it passed. It wasn't as if they had forgotten the Constitution and not yet enough time had passed for the words to have changed meaning like it seems today. They simply did not fucking care, and it hasn't gotten any better to say the least.

So maybe there will be an American spring, but I wouldn't hold your breath. People are extremely lazy, myself included. I would join the libertarian party but I will not vow not to use violence. Violence is what started this country and by George it will finish it. What rises from the ashes is yet to be seen but honestly I am hoping for a huge boddy count. There are too many fucking people here. We are not Japanese who can live ten to an apartment with paper walls. You want that, there it is over there. Hundred year mortgages because land is so expensive.

These supposed recessions and shit, they were minor shock waves, like precursors to an earthquake. How do I know this ? Because NOTHING has changed and they are still at it. They took that bailout money, cheated homeowners and foreclosed illegally on the prime properties and with the bailout and all the unregulated fees, can afford to sit on these properties until the market comes back up. Then they will have the money and the houses.

Was it Thomas Jefferson who said that by inflation and deflation we would wake up homeless ? Insightful Man really. It is EXACTLY what is happening. The banks PURPOSELY CAUSED the housing bubble and they PURPOSELY BROKE it to make money. That is what they have been doing all along, since before this fledgling nation even existed, or had time to really learn how to deal with them. Banksters with their "Give me control of a nation's currency and I care not who writes the laws". Very true, who "convinced" the government to deregulate the banks ? It certainly wasn't fucking Sony.

Now we are going into a time like pre WW2 Germany where the wealth disparity is beyond all reason. Some need a wheelbarrell full of money to buy a postage stamp and I used to think it was because of WW1 reparations. Well I have been enlightened on that, they could have paid and not had much of a problem, but the banks were fucking them left and right. The proof is in the fact that they bounced back utterly so quickly after dislodging the banksters.

Inflation is devaluing the money. Something happens to that value. I suggest you look at the people who are amassing alot of money to find out just whom they might be.

So next is a totally nationalist leader getting elected or rising up from the military like in alot of other countries. It will be the final nail in the coffin of the US economy of course, but in a few years there won't be much to lose anyway. There already isn't. The country owes more than it's worth. Oh sure there is land and natural resources, but that is like selling the house to afford new carpet. What is really worth anything ? Industry. An educated workforce. Coherence of society and solidarity. Peace among us. We have none of that.

So let them label all of us terrorists. Answer your phone "suitcase nuke airport". Add a sig to your emails, sommething about Jihad. All this security and spying tells us one thing for sure, they are SCARED SHITLESS. You know why ? Even they are not so stupid as to think that we don't know who to shoot. They know they deserve it. They stole, and helped their buddies steal.

We are reminded that Hitler did not break any laws in the formation of his fascism. It was a gradual process of...changing he laws of Germany using the control of his govt. and the courts.

The Soviet Union prosecuted and imprisoned those that leaked state secrets much of which exposed how the Soviets maintained their fascism. The US at the time since Stalin, offer asylum and protection of those that came here and sought such protection. The US and its media celebrated those that came here to tell us of Soviet state crimes many of which were against its own people.

Now the US has the same kind of people, exposing state secrets and America has changed the laws to accommodate the state...branding them criminals and the ensuing propaganda has worked. NOW the west has leakers and those that expose state secrets and the opposite is happening. Now it is Russia and other leftist nations that offer them asylum...just what we did post WWII and then during the cold war.

A reversal of roles one would be wise to see.

Sorry but there is no there there. A bunch of Haliburton contracts for building emergency shelter facilities that were never activated - another deceptive link that purports to be something that it is not.

Post 9/11, Katrina, Sandy, Fukushima, climate change causing more severe weather, etc. there are a lot of people thinking about how we help people in the event of major disasters. You see conspiracy of the highest magnitude with thousands upon thousands of people building this quiet police state with fully staffed empty prisons just waiting to gobble you up.

And yet there is no actual evidence...and evidence that is purported to be fact is nonsensical - who buries a body in a plastic coffin? What a stupid incredibly inefficient idea for disposing of bodies. They are grave liners commonly used to keep the ground from collapsing when the coffin is put in. They are owned by the private company that manufactures them and none of them are owned by the Government.

I am sorry, but this is all tin hat fantasy. No one is coming to take your guns, to create a police state or world government, no one is coming to lock us all up. The sky is not falling. It was not falling the first time this crap came up in the Clinton era, it is not falling now.

Global warming, a mutant virus (just don't), or an asteroid will get us long before any Democrats or fictional world conspirators will.

Most 3 letter agencies are not government either.
Many if not most are in fact private corporations.

No not really, but thanks for explaining your views. I do not at all see the world that way.

People can either lives in a mode of "protection" or they can live in a mode of "growth". You can't be in both at the same time. Everyone goes into both, but just like calories, it is how you live -most of the time- that makes the primary difference...in everything really.

I see amazing amounts of incompetence, leak culture, and driven self interest in Government. The competence, secrecy, and driven lack of self interest apparently in thousands and thousands of human beings in what you claim here I believe to simply be impossible.

But ya'know, I will defend to the death your right to believe it. :)

Apparently you fail to grasp that government has both a fiduciary and trust covenant to protect individual rights, OURS not theirs, and by fulfilling that duty resulting in the well being or general welfare of its constituents. It is the ONLY reason for its existence. NOT to create a police state.

They not only fail but in fact thumb their nose up at both, the same way you are failing to address "what I got", which includes several government officials putting themselves in danger by going on record in support of MY claims NOT yours.
