My mom.. heck, and even me got through that training period for our children as quickly as possible. The boys, both hers and mine always seemed to take just a tad longer. In my moms generation that meant a potential swat or two. For mine it might have been more akin to a raised brow. Either way the boys seemed to be a bit more resistant. I wonder about this stuff because I do see more males into AB than females.
