ORIGINAL: popeye1250 Of course you couldn't, the mainstream media in this country is now muzzled by Obama. Why bother even going to white house press breifings if you can't ask the questions you want to ask without the fear of being kicked out? Perhaps you didn't actually read my ONE LINE post. But hey, carry on. Dude, I gave up on American MSM quite some time ago. Watching the disparity between MSM reports on Occupy and the fucking live feeds I could see of the same event from 40 different angles I knew right away that the I was looking at a total propaganda machine. But I still expect journalism out of my alternative sources not simply empty assertions. So was there any actual source material in there at all? Insofar as reporters being warned, I'd need to know much more first. But honestly, as much as I hate Obama and would throw him in prison for treason in a heartbeat if I could the whole Benghazi thing never came up with anything that I could sink my teeth into so I relegated it to yet more political positioning. In that light it's easy to see how I would want to eventually say, "Just fucking quit it guys, I need to run a press conference here." Jeff, The president of the United States after consultation with Hillary Clinton lied that this was a spontaneous uprising - when they had video footage it wasn't. The "spontaneous" uprising was a well armed militia that came under the flags of ansar al sharia - and flying alqaieda flags. They brought ak-47's, machine guns, road blocks, and mortars. They intimidated the libyan guards the day before and photo'd the grounds. Clinton and obama had live video footage. They had NSA intercepts that said it was a terrorist attack - and they had live sound footage from the consulate and live talk with the deputy chief of mission. There was additional info - too lengthy to go into here. The fact of the matter is, Obama did not provide aid to US citizens and our embassor either before the event or doing it because it would conflict with the political narrative that he wanted to establish: ie, that terrorism was on the run under him. He went to bed, denying americans aid, in order to gain political advantage. And if thats not enough to make you sick to your stomach - I don't know what is.
