Jalapeno Roll-Ups are always a huge hit at every party or gathering I have had.

Tortillas
diced jalapenos
softened cream cheese

Spread cream cheese onto tortilla and lightly sprinkle with diced jalapenos. Roll up and cut into one inch pieces. Make a lot of them because they go really fast!
