Your scramble is invalid, B. Please pay attention to the rule of the game.

Rule.

Bearlee -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (8/31/2006 4:54:48 PM)

Bearlee -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/1/2006 5:14:40 AM)

It's an ancient Turkish breed...I have one

Chloelicious -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/1/2006 5:17:09 AM)

kabash?

heartfeltsub -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/1/2006 5:26:40 AM)

Is it akbash?

If so the new word: rtueli

Bearlee -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/1/2006 6:15:28 AM)

LOL... Yup, Akbash it was.  Lovely dogs...and he keeps the bears away!

SohCahToa -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/5/2006 2:15:27 PM)

rutile

tlound

heartfeltsub -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/5/2006 4:44:25 PM)

untold

New word:  runtsb

Rule -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/7/2006 7:25:30 AM)

brunts?

If so:

launch

LadyEllen -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/7/2006 7:26:57 AM)

in a trick question kind of way...... its not launch is it!?

heartfeltsub -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/7/2006 8:06:41 AM)

Yes it was brunts, and launch is a word, but i don't think it is the word that you meant. You might want to give another scramble.

Rule -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/7/2006 5:05:11 PM)

No, the solution is not launch. When scrambling the word - it is in the dictionary of difficult words - I noticed that launch was an alternate solution to the scramble and therefore, to eliminate it as a possible solution, I chose launch as the scrambled form of the word.

As further hints I can say that the scrambled word may be used both as an adjective or a noun and that it refers to or is associated with a part of the body.

heartfeltsub -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/7/2006 5:32:02 PM)

nuchal is another solution for it, however again not what i think you meant. However my understanding of the rules is any 6 letter word that can be made from the scrambled word is a valid solution.

new word:  mtyoie

Rule -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/8/2006 12:42:29 AM)

nuchal - pert. to nape of neck; such a bone, etc. - was indeed the word that I scrambled. Well done, heartfeltsub.

moiety

borums

heartfeltsub -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/8/2006 8:17:24 AM)

i don't know about others, but i think i am going to need a hint on this one Rule.

Rule -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/8/2006 1:05:18 PM)

It is again a word from the dictionary of difficult words. Four letters are in the correct sequence, the other two letters were interchanged.

heartfeltsub -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/8/2006 3:02:30 PM)

obrums?

Rule -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/8/2006 3:42:51 PM)

Obrum(s) is not in the two dictionaries that I most often use. Perhaps I should have said that four letters are in the correct relative order instead of in the correct sequence.

I now also notice that the two other letters are not interchanged; only one of them is interchanged, the other was put at a different location. My mistake - and a very rare occasion.

Think Latin.

heartfeltsub -> RE: ****6 Letter Unscramble**** (9/8/2006 3:47:09 PM)

sorry Rule, i'm stuck.
