Pretty much this.

The important part of your question is the word 'only'. Do you mean they only want to spank as in, they don't want to engage in more edgy forms of play like whips and cutting? Or do you mean they only want to spank as in, they don't want any other relationship, just spanking sessions?

There are lots of people who want to keep the play on the lighter end of the spectrum. Most people want some sort of relationship beyond beating though, even if that 'relationship' is just friendship or help with yardwork. If you only want to meet-and-beat, you might be looking for a pro.

Don't forget that the terms you are using mean different things to different people. To a lot of folks in this forum, 'Mistress and slave' speaks of a level of deep submission in many aspects of life and of serious commitment. However it's also used by many in the porno sense to mean pretty much any kinky scenario with the woman on top. Depending on how you use those terms will also change your reply.

OP, do you mean "only wish to spank" as in they just play with you... they don't run anything in your life, you and your partner just spend time having spanking fun? If that's it, then I'd say an "almost absolutely not, though you can never truly rule something out totally". Because "Master" and "Mistress" tend to be terms used to indicate people who are dominant in a relationship to one extent or another... so finding someone who identifies as someone who likes to run the relationship but who doesn't want to run the relationship and only enjoy spanking with you isn't likely.

If you mean "only wish to spank" as in the master or mistress wants to run the relationship to some extent as agreed but doesn't want any other form of BDSM play than spanking, then sure, they are findable I'd say. Not common, but they are out there.

So what DO you want? Defining a relationship as one that includes spankings and excludes sex, leaves a lot open.

Are you looking for simple play sessions an nothing else? Doing service for him? Being a part of his family, and going out with him/them socially? There are lots of ways it could work.
