I was unaware that any standards had been established concerning "impairment" due to m/j and just what constitutes "public"?

Status: offline 		well.. I don't think the festival has the correct title.. its about pot (which will get you high), not hemp (which wont get you high and gives you a bad headache if you are dumb enough to try )
