Status: offline 		There will be plenty of time to get to know someone without clothes on them. I would think that shirtless pictures for both men and women would attract some seriously unwanted attention.

This is also a good way to get traffic to your profile.

Status: offline 		I think if you ever wanted to pick a photo to make you look like thousands upon thousands of other nondescript submissive males, the perfect thing to show the lack of creativity and imagination is to do the standard shirtless torso with the head cut off.

Don't take that personally, OP. I could use the search feature to show a hundred threads where I've said that before.

pro-tip. If you cook and keep an orderly kitchen the best response... BY FAR... to any photo I've seen on collarme was just some guy standing in normal clothes in his kitchen. Well, Peon's gets pretty good reviews. But for those of us less six-packy... :)

I mean what if said guy has a pic with shirt on, and lets say he has this horrendous scar across his chest (now myself, I happen to like scars) but for the sake of arguing lets say the lady checking out his profile is petrified of scars. Now, they go on to talk and chat and get to know each other. He may not think it a big deal to tell her. Then the day comes to where she sees it. Now what?

They have great feelings for each other but she can't get over it.

I know this is far fetched and prolly sounds rediculous, but WHAT IF?!


Aside from the above daydream,lol...I think some guys have nice looking bodies. My hubby, peon, and y'all may think I'm crazy but Hilly too. I like round bellies! (I think it was in the ducklip thread that he showed us)Anywho...I say yea to shirtless photos.

Thanks, Jeff. But the truth is I actually don't have any shirts. There's a war on and the U boats keep blowing up the shirt-ferries from the US, you know. When I need to look right for an interview or a wedding I get my sister to 'paint on' a shirt and dickie-bow. Times are hard this side of the Pond.

This is good to know. I suppose I'll leave the picture of me wearing a huge baggy sweatshirt off my profile for now.

I have received positive feedback about my photo. However, I'm sure there are some that don't care for it. You can't always please everyone. Some may like shirtless photos, others may not. Me personally, I'm a Coke guy, while others prefer Pepsi.
