I just reported this thread. Here is why...

do they have to ruin every discussion with this bullshit?

The Op and discussion were really quite good... and then a pissing contest. Please block and hide people who irritate you (including me). There was quite a nice thread here until you all got your panties in a twist. give it a rest already.

Ack! My post on good leadership, having your own life in order and a few other things got eaten. Will try to add that again later. Have to go back to copying onto notepad before I post.

I agree, making good decisions for your sub is important. Not just to please you for that moment. You are in this together
