an argument about water, well done everyone. Maybe as the most obese country in the world, apart from Mexico there are other health issues to be discussed

Yea, they taught us 8 glasses a day also. Of course that was 40 years ago. In my last biology class 2 years ago the teacher showed us studies that have come out since that contradict that theory. My human diseases teacher also touched on the subject and said the same thing. But hey, don't let facts get in the way of opening your mind a bit. Just follow what the talking heads say and you will be fine.

If that was taught in your class then it would not be too difficult to link us to the source.

You want me to link a lecture that a teacher gave orally to a class 2 years ago?

I expect validation for the moronic bullshit posted. I am pretty sure the class had a text book...was that reference in that text book? If so how about the name of the book and what general heading I might expect to find the reference in. Is there a link to the "studies" alluded to in the post?
To post "hear say" data that contradicts accepted science and then fail to validate this unsubstantiated opinion then it remains unsubstantiaded opinon.
