I always thought Zed, the Gimp, and his partner were a bunch of weirdos. Now, in my porn surfing, I'm seeing GIMP USE as a kind of thing. Also, I see that GIMPS can be male or female. (This was a revelation.) I actually find the female gimps sexy. The male ones tend to be luggish.

Anyone out there turning their partner into a gimp for hours, days, or weeks? What do you like about it? [From either side]

OR.... do you find gimps creepy and the people who like them weirdos, like Zed and his crew.

I know conventional definitions have a gimps fully clad (head to toe) in either leather or rubber, but I think you can get there too (for purposes or a response here) with a hood and maybe some other restraints.

Status: offline 		I know this, to be a full clad Gimp is to be a hot and sweaty Gimp in the summer -- and if you're talking rubber -- year round.

There is something menacing about a male gimp. Give a six-foot, psychotic, male-Gimp a chainsaw, and you've got a traditional horror movie going.

To me, gimp ownership is a marriage between a DEHUMANIZER and a BONDAGE SLUT.

In my experience, not many women are into dehumanization -- ergo why it seems most Gimps are owned by Maledoms.

I'm about a year away from turning Mouse into one (Shhhhh,don't tell her-she doesn't know it yet.)
Why do I like it? Because it's so fucking absolute and extreme.
Besides which, we gonna go way past Gimp here-I'm talking more like Thndrshrk and/or House of Gord style stuff. Piercings, grommets, weights, body mods-oh hell yes.

I don't know what a Gimp is, but I assumed, until you said this, that it was someone bound up. If you turn her into holes, does that mean you cut off the arms and legs?

I HATE Pulp Fiction. That movie has been about as much help to the bdsm world as fifty shades of stupid has been. I mean sure all props to a dom that wants to spend all their time taking care of their object. Gimps are closer to house plants than house pets *makes bitchy face* and what is it we are always saying about why would anyone want to own someone who is worthless or stupid? You know I used to know this guy that had his "girlfriend" shipped around in a steamer trunk everywhere he went. By the time, or long before, I ever met them she was bat shit crazy. She used to pick and swat at things that were not there and she would droll when she ate. Sure he found her entertaining but he also paid others to do the upkeep on her. And don't get me wrong either I love hoods, masks, rubber, sensory deprivation, etc. but, fuck, my house plants die....mostly because I forget to water them...mostly because I think it is an annoying thing to have to do.
Anyway, rant over. *wanders off mumbling to herself about how much she hates Pulp Fiction, and stupid people, and a lot of other stuff*

This is my take on it...its not about the PF allure... a bit of objectification, but in rubber/sens dep, its all about the sensation for me, and the different sensationsor lack of them for him, im so very sensation orientated with rubber, oh hell all kinds of fabrics
