Status: offline 		Did you notice that it has full kitchen, conference room,
makeup area, wardrobe area, bath, but no mention of
a place to sleep?

I think it was designed only as a non residential
motorhome for movie work. Thus a full writeoff?

I also wonder is Smith owns it or there is a company
that leases it when he has a use for it and other times it is
leased to others.

Either way there is some impressive work there.

And yes, the stars own them, although they are stored where they are built.
