http://www.chron.com/news/us/article/Fed-judge-Texas-abortion-limits-unconstitutional-4932989.php?cmpid=hpbn

A federal judge has found that the state of Texas cannot require an abortion provider have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital (one of the many so called TRAP laws meant to force abortion providers to shut down).

Texas will of course appeal which is a good thing since the higher up the appellate process it goes the more states will be covered by this ruling.

It was and the 98% of the law was reinstated by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

This is an extremely pratical and well written law and that is why the pro abortionist are in such a tizzy.

98% hah?  You got a certifiable wordcount, what's in what's out?  or is that innumerate hyperbole?

And if they had had a reason to impeach Bush they would have done it when he was president.

Lie. Speaker Pelosi explicitly told the Democratic Caucus that she would block any articles of impeachment anyone tried to file.

You seem to be having a lot of trouble comprehending simple posts. Giving one example of an idiot in no way implies he is the only one doing it.

Thanks for making my point.

No. There were valid reasons, defrauding the American nation and killing hundreds of thousands of people for no reason for starters but the list goes on and on.

Bearing false witness. The appeals court lifted the injunction pending the outcome of the appeals process, they made no ruling declaring the law or any percent of it to be either valid or Constitutional.
