That is amazing. When BB first opened in my area I was recruited from another company to be a dept mgr in their new store. I was sent to the BB training in MN for 10 days where we learned the company rules. Somewhere in the top was the rule, get a service contract (big because that is where the profits come from), and no receipt, no service. It is still that way in that store. I stopped working for them because I could not stand that sort of customer service. And OP.. I also find the receipts fade after a few months. And have you noticed that the tag with a windows code also fades?
