I replied to the OP which is *very* clear in my posting. It says "in reply to kingkuang" in the bottom right corner. The entire tenor of my post makes it abundantly clear I was replying to the OP. Among other things, I quoted them.

If I wanted to pick a fight with you, I'd be far more direct.

You clearly have some sort of issue with me. Did I dare to disagree with you? I do that often. Disagree with people, not necessarily you, and it's rarely personal.

However, I didn't mean to offend you. When I do, people tend to know that's what I'm going for.

He thinks you're hot and he's pulling your ponytail on the playground to get attention from you.

To the OP:

You're just enduring the death throes. Literally. People who oppose gay marriage, or the teaching of science in schools, are on the way out, one coffin at a time. The demographic shift in the USA is clear, and it's not in the favor of straight-white-men-are-awesome Christianity.

Also, there are more kinky people -- and more atheists -- in Mississippi than you imagine. Maybe change your outlook to, "Hey! Anyone else in this state want to do something deliciously taboo?"

With such a cheerful post and positive profile, it's hard to believe the OP's having a tough time finding what he seeks.

No I do not have an issue with you, I swear on my mother's grave. I was actually trying to make a joke.

First, I agree with your assessment of the op, he clearly wants to blame everyone and everything else on the problems in his life, which is far from healthy. I mean property can be sold to cover the expense of moving and getting a new place, even if it was an inheritance placed in a trust deed. It can be sold within the family.

It is not the negativity that caught me about the op, it was the fact that he refuses to take some of the responsibility necessary to make a healthy change.

The op is making less of an intro and more of a whining "pity me, my life is in the toilet because...." rant.

I have family ties in five states, I have lived in three of them, if I found it necessary to move for a job, my sanity or whatever, I took the necessary steps to move. I have sold two houses, three cars, and gave up a 60 foot sloop to make moves. The only land I held onto was a couple hundred acres in Texas, which I am working on as I can to build a home and me evil villain labs and dungeons. (jk)

As for you personally, I do admire your bluntness, honesty and the fact you state how you feel. You are like a few of my friends both in and outside the lifestyle.

Sometimes you gotta give people the benefit of the doubt, and accept that it's easier and cheaper to rant and rave about (X) problems they have.

I think the general consensus here is that we don't CONSENT to having to listen to the ranting and raving from people who prefer to seek this easy "we're helpless" position, pining for their lack of freedom.

Now, if they were to grow some backbone, make a PLAN, and start actually taking STEPS to get that Plan rolling, I'm sure there are some in this community who would back them up and offer help (house & job hunting, etc.). It might even be interesting to hear occasional reports on their progress in relocating, since so many people in this Lifestyle have to face similar obstacles. New forum topic perhaps: "RELOCATING TO LIVE THE LIFESTYLE"?

Personally, I think they are hoping someone will take pity and magically solve their problem so they don't have to lift a finger. Why else come here with that original post?

I got that from their post as well (along with the rampant negativity). I mean please, I live in Indiana, the armpit of the Midwest. And yeah, we have kinky people here. Some of them are even quite nice. Just like every other state in the union.

You're on.

Himself and I are planning a trip to Texas to visit those friends who moved down to Houston, and some others in the Dallas/FtWorth area.

Not sure if it will be next year or the one after, it will probably be a three week road trip.

It is often said here on CM that to be a Master, one first needs to be able to master oneself.

And what you have written here does not convey that at all.

It is one thing to be temporarily stuck in a situation or place.
But to come here and basically whine about it, just does not seem very dominant.

What is your plan to change the situation?

Having jobs that limit your time together is often the norm; what makes your case special?
Having 2 days in a row in which the 2 of you spend that time together would be heavenly to a lot of people who only get to share snippets of time.

You are only 137 miles from Baton Rouge , and New Orleans is even closer.
There are munches in MS, and Alabama as well.

So, my advice is be grateful for what you do have, or work to change it.
And perhaps - realise that there is a big difference between expressing frustration with a situation and whining about it.

Have you found a target location and checked into the job market there? Have you contacted a realtor about selling your property? If you start a thread on these issues, you'll probably get some good feedback.

I left a really good job in one state to move back to the state where my elderly parents live. It was tough, but I got through it, and the universe rewarded me by sending me my dream man. I ended up working for the same company remotely, which has tremendously improved my quality of life.

You know, I heard that a lot when I first got on CM, the master oneself thing... and it makes sense. With the help of a good therapist, proper medication, I have actually managed to achieve that.

I have seen just about everyone that posted in this thread state a negative feeling about something or someone in their lives, but always followed by either asking opinions, or just making the statement I need to vent.

Rarely do I see one of the regulars whine, even when they do, it is done in jest, so it does not really count.

However in the op, it is clear that either 1) he just wants to whine, or 2) blames everyone and everything for his situation.

Now Pinky and I need to get back to my latest plan to take over the world....

Well, at least it was correctly titled. However, I'm doubting the origin of 'hell' is Mississippi.

There are lots of folks with excuses and bitching this morning. Very, very little "can do" attitude.

well i just post the actual happenings in my life to see what people on here would say as a test.

the fact that a mod moved this from intro just because it dealt in reality just shows they live in fantasyland.

Funny how its only the dommes that think "oh you should have already solved all the problems in life before joining, so i'll just call bullshit on someone i know nothing about and lives 1000 miles away"

there is so much wrong with this site I can see how your "vindictive men" would want to destroy it. also, did you ever stop and think that the religious people who want to shut down sex sites are the ones coming on here an being abusive to the women on here so they give up and go back to church?
because that is the whole reason these religious fascists in this area close down bars and anything like singles clubs, to force people to go to church to try to meet people. There are 4 times as many churches per person in the bible belt than anywhere else and they are all owned by the aristocracy that brought you slavery and burning crosses.

First this ^^

coming on here an being abusive to the women on here

Then this ^^^

Dude, I think you already let those terrible church people in Hell, Mississippi indoctrinate you since you're doing the same thing here. How about setting a better example instead of ranting in your posts like a common heretic?

A mod likely moved it because it didn't really follow the guidelines for the introduction section.
And btw: IF you had read my sigline thread you would see that I am not a domme but a slave.

CM has been around for awhile now.
I joined over 6 years ago, and don't think it is being destroyed by vindictive men.

I also pointed out to you that there are active kink communities a couple of hours away from you; not everyone has accessibility that is that easy.

I lived in the "bible belt" for several years.
Had I been into kink then, I could have found a couple of communities within an hour's drive.

As for your post being a test, it was not especially original.
People create threads every day just to stir the pot.

I wish you luck in your search, whenever you figure out what it is you are actually searching for.

What intro? It was a bitchfest about the state of Mississippi and the Bible Belt in general.

P.S. I doubt highly where you live is the source of your problems. People just flat out aren't attracted to bitching, whining, and negativity. So far, everything from profile to posts made positively scream "here comes Negative Nellie with an ax to grind." Just sayin'

I'm pretty sure my heart just shattered into a billion tiny pieces. Poor you . It must absolutely suck so bad. If I could play a violin without making it screech like a cat being murdered by a dump truck, I would.

Yes, and subjecting innocent forumites to paranoid tirades with conspiracy theories dripping in religious overtones makes total sense

Again, I don't think Mississippi and the Bible Belt are the real problems here. They are suffering just like the rest of us.

Hey, give me a reason, give me a cause, let's burn this motherfucker down!!!!

But there are these things people dont read ever at the top of the forum, which tell you what to put there, you fuck it up, they fix it for you.

No sinister plots here today.
