Yeah.. I still remember when one of the top 3 bank firms was shorting internally funds they were promoting to their customers.

What I don't get cloud - if you get all this - why you don't look into the tea party. The massive fraud is the issue that spawned the tea party.

Bullshit.
The tea party is simply the hard right under anew name. They are actively in the pocket of the finance industry. When did anyone ever hear anyone from the tea party support any new financial regulation? All the tea party congresscritters oppose Dodd-Frank and the CFPB.

As everyone with a brain should.

The first part of fixing a scandal is a review of what caused it. Followed by prosecution of those responsible. Followed, perhaps by legislation to fix it.

In this case we have another case of democratic ready, fire, aim. No one was prosecuted. No one went to jail.
So if you have the same crooks in office and running the banks, and writing the legislation - how do you think anything will get better.

The foxes are still in the hen house. Rather telling don't you think that the principal architects of Dodd-Frank - were both among the largest recipients of bank money.

As for the tea party being recycled hard right republicans under a new name. Bullshit. You don't get to call the tune. The tea party movement brought out a lot of people that were apolitical - and had never been involved in politics before.

Hard right republicans were motivated by social issues.

Tea Party people are far more libertarian on social issues - and far more focuses on taxes, and secondly constitutional issues.

But the Tea Party is racist because the anti-Tea Party media told me so without showing any evidence! They only hate Obama because of racism, not because of his numerous failed policies, scandals, and the economy he promised to fix. /sarcasm

For those of you who think there's a major difference between the Dems and Repubs, why?!? Both parties are destroying this country bit by bit - they just take different approaches and have different priorities and propaganda. Just look at the way they and their propaganda arms (the media) slam third parties and any politician who fails to fall in line with the rest. Debating using either party is about as effective and makes just as much sense as debating whether the New York Red Sox will beat the North Dakota 49ers in the World Cup. It makes people angry for no reason while the rest of us stare dumbfounded as to why any of you think that the politicians care about us or would ever listen/help us.

IOW waaaaaa!
The fact is that Republicans could have contributed to make Dodd-Frank and the CFPB better but they fought against any fixes at all. Where is the Republican cosponsoring any of Elizabeth Warren's proposed financial reforms?

Bull.
The people running the various tea party groups all have long histories on the far right. All the Republicans running for office as tea party have long histories on the far right, ted Cruz was W's lawyer and was Solicitor General in Texas under Rick Perry for instance.

And functionally all the tea party guys at the state level have done is pass laws on social issues. Virginia, Ohio and Wisconsin tea party legislatures have all either attempted to or actually passed laws mandating that any woman seeking an abortion must be sodomized before getting the procedure.

The Tea Party are idiots and would have triggered a great depression though "let the banks fail" and austerity. Part of being an adult is pursuing solutions you don't like because they are solutions.

The Tea Party is bereft of solutions and if anything resembles an anarchist movement to dismantle the US government. To wit Rand Paul: THE FDA IS OUT TO CONFISCATE YOUR DOUGHNUTS.

Its hard to make that kind of shit up.....

Yep, cloud, afraid I have to agree with RottenJohnny.

There is a whole lot of government that needs dismantling. We have 60 something czars. Really? Without googling them can you name more than 3?

After wwII there were something like 34 layers of government between a citizen and the president. Now there are 68.
Our last set of elections cost 7 billion dollars.

You don't think some things need to change?

czar is a title given by the media. The people labeled czar's are, in general, heads of executive branch offices tasked with very narrow tasks. There is nothing wrong with and a lot right with having a single person being in charge of various important government functions.

Government grows under Republican Presidents and shrinks under Democrats.
CU was decided by 5 Republican appointees to the Supreme Court.
Maybe there is a theme there?

A transvaginal ultrasound involves a foreign object being inserted into the vagina. In these cases the woman does not desire that that object be inserted into her body. That is pretty much the definition of sodomy.

What do you call it when an object is forcibly put into a woman's body against her will?

That's a cute dance step, but the issue here is what you call it. I made the words a pretty red for you, see?

any of various forms of sexual intercourse held to be unnatural or abnormal, especially anal intercourse or bestiality ~Houghton Mifflin
anal intercourse committed by a man with another man or a woman ~Collins
a sexual act in which a man puts his penis into another person's anus ~MacMillan
anal or oral copulation with a member of the same or opposite sex; also: copulation with an animal ~Merriam Webster
the sexual act of putting the penis into another person's anus ~Cambridge

So no, a transvaginal ultrasound is not "pretty much the definition of sodomy".

Stay tuned for more amazing and unbelievable facts.

such careful picking and choosing.
Sodomy
Sodomy /ˈsɒdəmi/ is generally anal sex, oral sex or sexual activity between a person and a non-human animal (bestiality), but may also include any non-procreative sexual activity
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodomy
Any of various forms of sexual intercourse held to be unnatural or abnormal, especially anal intercourse or bestiality
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/sodomy

So no it is not just anal sex. And when a women is raped with an object that is routinely called sodomized.

Why do you simply lie so much?

How is it that folks so opposed to government intrusion into health care(Obamacare),
are all warm and fuzzy about that same government inserting itself(transvaginal ultrasounds)into a woman's right to choose?

Sodomy is definitively a sexual activity. A transvaginal ultrasound is not a sexual activity.

Why do you make this shit up?
