The Americans call it 'Jello' mate and I don't know if they know what a trifle is..................and I don't mean a small and insignificant object smile. I once mad a Caribbean Trifle when I was ther and I made the custard with a half bottle of rum.............they didn't know what to call it but it vanished fast enough
