When women's profiles are hidden, my first guess is that they are tired of getting messages like this: Funny Messages from the "Other Side" because I have heard that often from women here.

So, let's see if I've got this right: 1) You didn't contact the Moderators, you contacted Site Support and don't know the difference. 2) You came to the forums, which have nothing to do with the profiles on the other side, to complain about what is happening on the other side. 3) You don't see his profile, but still don't trust him. 4) You somehow think that Site Support would give you information about an account that isn't yours. 5) And you asked Site Support for that information because you don't trust him. You may wish to work on your problem solving skills, patience levels and....probably end your relationship because I think you're probably beyond getting it to be healthy if you don't trust him to the level where you don't believe even what you're seeing. I think it's hysterical that you can't see his profile and STILL don't trust him. You needs a third party to verify.

Support is the place to go with questions or concerns about profiles/accounts. If support does not handle your specific question, they will direct you to the appropriate person/department who can. Per policy, we do not disclose user information to others.

OP, you've received the answer to your original question. As for the rest, once a thread is created it takes on a life of its own and won't subside until everyone has their say. You can help it die a timely death by not responding further. You can also try using this:[sm=diethreaddie.gif] and hope for the best.
