Ooooh, like Hannibal in the TV series (hopefully minus the murdering).

Never seen the TV series - zat with Brian Cox in the lead?

My favourite movie was the sequel (Hannibal) with that lovely redhead, Julianne Moore. But I digress and assuming the OP's still about, I can absolutely see Anthony Hopkins, particularly his Hannibal Lector character, fitting perfectly as a gentleman master. Even a Christopher Plummer.

Lol, compared to them, I'm more your common or garden variety blue-collar version.

Focus.

the same thing of any gentleman....bdsm or not. Ain't no different. No such thing as a gentleman Master, just a gentleman.

Not entirely sure what you're referring to, but technically it would be "Gentleman Master'.

Unless it's a "gentlemen's master", maybe? A Master of some gentlemen.

you will know when you have become a 'gentleman master' when hearty yeoman tug their forelocks at you as you ride past.

I once heard a gentleman described as a person who strives to make those around him feel comfortable. While it looks like a misnomer, I feel like this is applicable for some masters/doms. Myself included. A master who dominates without loss of dignity or grace. This doesn't mean they are any less dominant, it only reflects the style in which they dominate. Making the person comfortable doesn't imply inability to make the sub/slave uncomfortable. It certainly hasn't hindered me in that aspect.
