I would recommend seeing if you can find any presentors coming through your local area that incorporate hojojutsu in with their rope bondage. I know BossBondage does a class on this and really emphasizes on quick, effective restraints that really don't need superior strength to work. I bottomed for part of that class and he had me down on the floor and restrained before I realized what had happened!

Like anything else though, it takes practice!

Never underestimate packing film. A 4" wide roll can be used for quick and dirty restraint very easily.

Velcro straps for hanging garden hoses work well on arms and legs as well. The ones with carabiners attached can click onto pre-staged rope or chain.

I would also suggest she learns pressure points. Either that or threaten you some intimidating implement so you are more compliant

Zip ties all the way are my number 1 as a masochist and as a consensual non-consent person. They're quick, efficient and can add a level of pain. Also, chains, barbed wire and handcuffs.
