We all get the emails with naked photos and we all get assaulted by the occasional, inappropriate profile pic BUT... I am starting to wonder if I am becoming desensitized... Am I the only person who:

1. Sees a photo of a man's penis and wants to respond... "Are you really proud of that? Are you the only guy who has not sneaked a peak at the urinal and does not know that there should be MORE!?!?!

2. How well did you clean that kitchen counter before you used it the next time?

3. You are lying NAKED on a hotel bedspread???

4. Nair and waxing are NOT just for women and metro-sexuals....

5. Those shoes with that outfit?? Did someone change the "no white shoes" after Labor Day rule? Note to self to google fashion trends and Ms Manners for the New Millennium...

I fear I am becoming the pornographic equivalent to those teens who think it is "normal" to see a crowd sprayed with gunfire!!!

And I forgot...for all the men on alt that seem to have penises that bend/droop to one side...

combine being on this site with working in healthcare, and you get someone who has seen (and continues to see) wayyyyy more penises than anyone would want. And, of course, i can't say this about every male....but it seems every male i've ever been in contact with really, REALLY wants you to see his. And thinks that you want to.

Don't forget to mention that people really should pick up around them before snapping those pics. Action pics with the family and the pets will often find things out of place, but when you're so obviously posing, it wouldn't hurt to maybe make the bed, and pick up the scattered items of clothing off the floor. I'm just sayin'...

well I know from experience that size isn't everything. However, I have seen some photos where i'm thinking 'jeez you need a bushwhacker, and a leaf blower down there man just so I can see what ya got'. mind you that can go for the entire body too. a bit of man care would not go a miss guys.

mostly though I don't mind getting the cock shots. i'm one of the seemingly rare women that actually wants to know what he's got if i'm looking for someone. i'm far more concerned about the spread cheeks shot, or the other woman in the shots.

for any fault that we may find with guys photos, i'm sure they can find just as many with the women.

I got one a month or two ago...an extreme close-up of an erection from a guy well into his 70s.

My thoughts, in this order, were:

1. Woohoo - it still works! Good for you!

2. Well, it kinda works. Maybe sending a pic of a semi-hard septuagenarian penis isn't the smartest thing you could do...

3. Hang on a sec...what is that stuff...WOOOOAAAAHHHH!!!

4. They have antifungals for that stuff. You might need wart-ex for the other stuff.

Hmm well considering that this discussion seems to be primarily women so I am unsure if I am completely welcome to be butting into said conversation. However I would like to say that though I may be male, and clearly state on every profile for every site I have ever been a part of, I too have recieved many of the types of pics that have been described my main thought on the majority of them varies between disgusted with the fact that these men seem to think I am just as interested in seeing what they have as their own boyfriends are.
To seing them and either wondering if they really think they should be proud of what they have, to and I'll be honest here glancing down at my own lap on reflex and thinking damn why can't I have been born with that one. Now I've been told I don't have anyhing to be ashamed of but I figure it's just a guy response to seeing some 12 or 13 incher thats 3 or 4 thick. I'm sorry but I see that and I do honestly feel a twinge of envy at times but also feeling sorry for their gf or bf whatever their prefference may be.
But aside from those things the majority of the time I see them and honestly just scroll past whilst rolling my eyes, for I truly pity many of those men figuring hat they are doing this as a desperate attempt in the hopes of impresing someone. I believe that most of those men either are not confident in their ability to impress someone with their wit. Or are honestly conceited enough to believe that, that one feature is enough to make up for any other shortcomings.
But thats just my opinion. Sorry for being so long winded I'm personally running on one of my insomnia days and havent slept since night before last, so im mostly bored and looking for people to talk to, and found this conversation intriguing.

And Mutt, of course you are welcome to post in this thread and any other. It's interesting to get a man's point of view. There have been many interesting discussions here in the past re: penis pics (or other disembodied body parts, male and female.) The consensus I recall is the majority posting don't care for it.
