If this blog is one of your all-time favorites, then you know everything she posts is done specifically to inflame, irritate and get people's hackles raised. You left off the next part of her Jan 26th post where she says: "Am I mocking your “lifestyle”? I sure am! Although this should come as no surprise to even the casual reader, since I have made it no secret that the founding principle of I Blame The Patriarchy is opposition to all dominance models in the social order." Can't get much clearer than that, though I know even considering such a thing is unthinkable to many people.
She's a feminist who believes that bdsm is a fetishization of patriarchial roles. I beg to differ but she's certainly entitled to her opinion. Having an honest discussion about how, in our society, getting laid is supposed to give you power and whether a large part of bdsm is simply dick worship (regardless of the roles played by the people involved) would be very useful. Posting parts of an inflammatory blog without explaining the perspective from which she writes? Not so useful.
